Use to love the pancakes at Freelands, Diner in Stratford, but something has changed since the owner isnt cooking breakfast anymore. They are very flat, and taste doughy. First time sent back, and new ones no better. This time tried again and still not any better. I think the pancake mix is being made way ahead, and the rising agent goes flat. Never order again.
